NADCAP

NADCAP certifies that Entech’s finishes and processes meet globally recognized standards required by the aerospace industry. As a part of this certification, our processes regularly go through rigorous third-party audits that focus on documentation, compliance, operator training, and process control. 

Our NADCAP certification enables us to provide electroless nickel plating that can be safely used on flight-critical and safety-related components. 

ISO 9001

Our ISO 9001 certification defines the foundation of our quality management system. The standards set here govern our key operations – from document control to corrective action, process consistency and continual improvement. Our partners and clients can be sure that they will receive repeatable results and accountability from us. 

AS9100

Entech’s AS9100 certification testifies that our prototypes, production, and repeat manufacturing runs are in-line with the standards expected and accepted by the aerospace industry. Similar to ISO 9001, it is a quality management standard that specifically concerns aerospace manufacturing. It also covers additional requirements concerning risk management, configuration control, traceability, and product conformity.

Concerning the governance of special processes used in nuclear power applications in Canada, Entech is proud to have earned the N299.1–4 certification. With this certification, you can trust that we follow the highest standards of process qualification, documentation, traceability, and verification for every finished component we deliver. 

Controlled Goods Program (CGP / ITAR)

Entech is a Controlled Goods Program participant, which ensures that every component we ship is compliant with Canadian regulatory requirements – especially as far as the handling of controlled and sensitive materials is concerned. Industries such as defense, aerospace, etc., can expect to receive finished parts that pass export and security controls.
